Reusable nappies...where to start??

Currently using biodegradable nappies for Taliah, now she is a bit older and bigger (she was prem) I want to look at getting some washables.
What do I need?
Whats best?

See ladies, I definitely think a sticky is in order!

Assign various experienced ladies the role of Cloth nappy champion and anyone starting off can post in the sticky instead of having loads of posts and they can be assigned a cloth nappy champion to help them get on their way! Or something like that!

I'm still too shy to forward the idea on though lol

Also sling champions would be great, there are too many types!!
