Rhesus negative

I am currently 5 weeks pregnant and have been having some pinky brown spotting and last night passed a small clot. As I'm Rhesus negative do I need to let someone know?

I had some bleeding at 5 weeks & 7 weeks but my hospital told me I would only need anti d if I had any further bleeding after 12 weeks, I know some hospitals are different so maybe check with your local early pregnancy unit or midwife.

Thanks, I don't have a midwife yet. Will ring the drs and see what they say x
