Right ovary

i have had a dull ache in my right ovary from cd8 every day and I’m now on cd19. Usually I get this in the lead up to ovulation and it goes away but this cycle it hasn’t. Any clues? Could it be a cyst? Apparently I have an enlarged right ovary

Hi Iv just done a pregnancy test an a very very faint line has appeared not sure if it’s a positive can anyone help ...! Iv took a photo an instergramed the colour so u can see the line as a normal photo u can hardly see it .. let me no what u think
