Right Pelvic Cramps & Swollen lips

Greeting ladies.. Me and DH are ttc #1 and i'm wondering if this month would be it! We manage to cover our fertile days and basically I'm still not having my periods yet..

I've been having cramps.. lower belly button area.. and mostly on my right pelvic regions.. Sometime it makes me nauseous.. been doing POAS and still bfn.. currently cycle day 30 today.. i'm a 35 days cycle usually with PCOS..

Feeling so tired and insomnia, felt my body temp increased lately but no fever whatsoever.. i'm taking Folic acids, vit e and primrose oil.. my gynae has given me medroxyprogesterone as a standby if in 3 months i do not have my period..

I'm wondering if this cycle could be the ONE..

Ohh!! Any expecting ladies who realised or encounter with swelling lips? I've never had this but few days i felt my upper lips are slightly swollen and my skin itches..

And advices? Thanks!!
