Ringing in ears - early symptom or something randomly wrong?! 11 dpo today...

Hi ladies -

Anyone heard of or experienced ringing in the ears as an early symptom?! I am prone to dizziness and things like that so it's not completely out of the ordinary to feel this way but am 11 dpo, feeling dizzy, and feel almost a muffled, deaf feeling in my right ear - been there for like 10 minutes. What the heck?! I really want to test but REALLY don't want to see another

Any thoughts??

I have been dizzy for the past 4 days which I'm not prone to, this morning my ears won't stop ringing which is very very annoying. I'm about 9/10DPO

Ok, maybe I'm not crazy then! Feeling way more dizzy today - no more ringing but v lightheaded, even after a huge breakfast. Let's hope we're suffering all this crap for a good reason like... ??
