Ringing in my ears

I'm 9w4d pregnant with my second child and for the last week or so I've had really stuffy ears, a bit like having a cold but without any of the blocked nose etc... I do seem to remember getting this with my last pregnancy but since tea time today I've been getting a ringing sound in my right ear and it is already driving my nuts!
I can even hear it over the tv!
I've looked on the net and it does seem that tinnitus can be brought on by pregnancy...I just hope it goes away because I don't think I could cope with this for the next 7 months!
