RLT for after birth also!!

Hi ladies, well my mum got me some RLT capsules 900mg yesterday but i forgot hw many she said to have!! So rang and spoke to health shop (lady who owns it is an old friend) she told me just to take 1 a day as they are high dosage nd maybe up to 2 a day in my last week, also told me to carry on with them for at least a month after birth as they are brilliant for helping things go back and also for the stimulation of BF so i thought i would share this with everyone.... carry on taking them after ladies for at least a month!!x

Thanks for this info, good to know for afterwards Im thinking we will need all the help possible to get back to some sort of normalty!

Glad to have helped lol! I was in shock actually when jane told me, it helps with uterus going back etc!!x
