we did do it a fair few times even through the BH ​

my friends who have been overdue say that they had an easy labor so hopefully this is a plus!
i also heard that if you have to not get up right away and elevate your hips to help the semen stay on the cervix. This will help to thin and dilate it.
i wish you well!
