Running and my Body

So, the past couple months I've been running like crazy, training for an upcoming race. I have a very athletic body, workout a lot, and I have a weird cycle, it doesn't always come on time, or it won't come at all, very rarely. Lately hubby and I were trying for number 2, but no luck. So we quit "trying", although we haven't been preventing it either. So aunt flow should have visited around April 7th, and I know we got busy during ovulation season, so I took a test when she hadn't shown up. It was negative, and I thought nothing of it. But, here we are almost a month later and this past week I've been gassy, bloated and some dull back pain, and crazy hot flash moments, it's driving me crazy, oh and the tender breasts, that's annoying. I feel like I could be, but I just had a negative test, so what the heck body! Any other mommas have experience with this kind of situation? Thanks girls :)
 
Have you taken another test in the past month ?

Also women who are super athletic and active often have this problem with cycles.
 
I've read that very fit women with low body fat dont always have regular cycles. If i were you I'd try maybe a blood test? Im not sure...
 
Not very helpful but just another person agreeing that when I am running a lot and working out hard, my cycles always seem a lot longer
