I was wondering if anyone can help, i would like to follow on the family tradition of keeping our Russian heritage going with Raisin's name.

Unless it really doesnt suit her at birth her name will be Matilda. Anyone got any ideas?

Anastasia is the first name I thought of! :D Or how about Larissa?

Anya? One of my fave names of all time. I also like Anastasia and Nikita.

xx

Thanks smurf my best friend is a lap dancer and her dancing name is Anya, so thats ruined for me

Nikita is actually a boy's name :winkwink: I was at uni with one.

Shame, I thought Anya too... Matilda Anya, sounds lovely!

Matilda is one of my favourite names. Personally I think a shorter name would be better paired with it.

I will start thinking... I don't know any Russian names but I will try to brainstorm some.

I like Anya, maybe something similar. Something short ending with an A.
