sac and baby not growing

My LMP was on July 13th. On August 14th, I found out I was pregnant. I had some cramps after that. Went for my first ultrasound on Sept 2nd and found a sac and fetal pole measuring 6w2d but no heartbeat . I went back for ultrasound today and it still measured the same, still no heartbeat. did my blood test also and hcg count went from 17463 to 17365. i am scared to death, am I losing the baby? Please advice.

I'm so sorry, it doesn't sound good with numbers decreasing what did your dr/midwife say?

Unfortunately, it sounds like an early MMC... what has been said by the doctor?

My doctor said the same thing, I could miscarry. This is my first pregnancy and I feel so depressed
