Sad day....

Hi all,

I think that today I may have miscarried. I had bleeding earlier today, my GP sent me to the Early Pregnancy Unit, I had an examination and although my cervix is closed, there is blood around there.

I have to wait until Monday to have a scan to find out which I find crazy!!!

But I can feel it...I feel different and the bleeding is still there.

Hopefully I'll be proved wrong on Monday but for now I'm not feeling too great.

Hi ladies,

Thank you so much for your comments. Unfortunately over the weekend it was confirmed that I miscarried.

It was heartbreaking and I'm still not sure I've processed it fully yet. I knew it though, as soon as I saw the first sign of blood, I felt it. Although this didn't make the confirmation of it easy.

Right now I'm enjoying my son, cuddling him and thinking about how lucky I am to have a happy and healthy little boy. I'm a strong believer that everything happens for a reason.

I've never suffered such a loss but know people who have and so my heart goes out to you and anyone else going through this. I am so sorry. Get much rest and take care in this emotional time.
