The only yogurt I eat normally is Dr Onken Mango, Papaya and Passion Fruit Yogurt.
I was told that Papaya isn't safe in pregnancy, for different reasons - but it's only 3% papaya.
Here's the info on the yogurt;
Yogurt, Sugar, Mango (3.9%), Papaya (3%), Passion Fruit Juice (0.6%) Mango Puree (0.5%), Modified Tapioca Starch, Thickeners: Pectin, Guar Gum; Natural Flavouring, Turmeric Extract
Contains: Cows Milk
Per 100g Per 150g serving % GDA*
Energy 431KJ/102kcal 647KJ/153kcal 8%
Protein 4g 6.1g 12%
Carbohydrates 14.3g 21.5g 8%
of which sugars 13.7g 20.6g 23%
Fat 2.7g 4g 6%
of which saturates 1.7g 2.6g 13%
Fibre 0.2g 0.3g 1%
