Sam (Ronnie) quits Eastenders!

I don't know if this has been posted already, but Sam Womack has quit Eastenders, apparently she was disgusted by it too!

They've had 3500 complaints this week about it.

I heard on GMTV this morning that she was set to leave before the story was done, she just had to work her contract. In my eyes if you dont like it dont watch it, I dont watch any of the soaps lol all way to depressing x

i dont blame her really, a cot death story line is one thing coz in real life sad things like that really do happen but to put a sick twist into it like they did has gone wayyyyy to far if u ask me, i love eastenders but being a pregnant mum of nearly 3 kids it turns my stomach to watch it

I read the article it the Sun.
Its difficult as soaps are scraping for more and more outrageous storyline to grip their viewers.
I think I is a horrible storyline, as many of them are.
I watch eastenders avidly, and always catch up online.
I have deliberately not watched these episodes as I know I would be a mess.
I cant watch dont tell the bride without welling up so avoiding 'enders for the time being.

I dont blame her for leaving, Im still awaiting something happy happening to the character!
