Say you get a BFP.....

.... do you still need to get a blood test (since HPTs are less sensitive)? Also, how do you know the difference between a BFP and an evap line?

Personally, I would go for a blood test. I would want to know where my HCG was at as well as my progesterone levels to make sure everything looked good.
This way if your progesterone levels are low you can fix it early.

I have had some evaps that looked like a BFP just slightly fainter, super annoying.
I would take more than one test if you think you are getting an evap line on one.
