scan in 3 hours :-) UPDATE 1ST POST, DISAPPOINTING

Just hope baby behaves so we can confirm the sex, am really excited and nervous at the same time lol

UPDATE
Had scan baby is doing well which is great, but was lying awarkedlly so she couldn't finish the anomaly scan have to go back in 4 weeks so she can finish it, she wouldn't give me any photos
baby is lying breech and had his back to the scanner, she got the head circumferance and femur length but couldn't according to the notes get the BPD (Does anyone know what that means) and the AC (again what does that mean) as well as other things.
The sonographer was really rude and literally like a machine said thats the head, thats the face etc etc

My 20 weeks scan, bubs was facing the other way too so didnt get a face shot! They got all the bits they needed tho and everything looks fine. Im gonna have a 4D scan in October tho

BPD is BiParietal Diameter - it's the diameter of the head from side to side (rather than front to back) Sorry you couldn't get good pics but at least you get another scan to look forward to

mine wouldn't stay still so she couldn't get the measurements of the heart so I have to go back - not worried as I get to see my little Oliver again

enjoy your next scan - I do think the sonographers are concentrating more at the anomoly scan so won't be as chatty - ours explained everything thoroughly but wasn't a barrel of laughs
