How far along we're you with your first scan? How many scans do you have through pregnancy and how far along were you at each scan?

I'm having early scans due to previous loss and spotting in this pregnancy. Had one yesterday at 5+3 - saw gestational sac and yolk sac. GS measured at 6+2 but that's impossible with my cycle / time we BD'd, I think it can be a few days either way at this point. But was glad it was ahead rather than behind!
I'll have another scan in 2 weeks at 7+3 where we should see a baby and heartbeat. Then 12 weeks.
Are you in the UK? For routine pregnancies here you get a scan at 12 weeks unless any issues before and then again at 20 weeks.
I think in countries with private healthcare you get more - how many depends on your plan / OB etc.

I had my first scan last Friday which put me at 5+5 (I had some bleeding) but could only see something through an internal scan, nothing came up on the abdominal. Had an abdominal today at 6+5 and could see baby nice and clear with strong heartbeat. As everything is fine and bleeding has stopped I won't have another until 12weeks, then a sexing one at 20weeks!

12 weeks and 20 in uk u less any problems or fertility treatment

I had my routine 12 week at 11w 4d, an emergency one at 18w 6d as we thought I'd lost some fluid (was never confirmed), my routine 20 week at 19w 6d and I had one at 40w 1d in labour that was just to check his position though! Not a more common one! I also should have had growth scans for measuring way ahead at 33, 35 & 37 weeks but they guessed from feel that he wasn't that big.

This time so far I had one at 11 weeks and have one again at 13 weeks to get the measurement at the back of the neck, due to LO's health we may have more but mainly people get 2, one at 12 and one at 20 weeks

I haven't had one yet as I've just found out im pregnant again, but with my first pregnancy i had a scan at five weeks because of some bleeding, another at ten weeks to measure baby, another at 21 weeks to measure and find out the sex, another at 35 weeks because I switched doctors and he wanted to check her growth and then another at 36 and 37 to check growth each week and had baby at 38 weeks.
