I developed hip pains and sciatica during my first pregnancy in 2013. It comes and goes and can happen during the day, but mostly it happens at night when I'm lying down. I find that lying in bed aggravates my hips and then I start getting pain. Aside from "getting a new mattress" repeatedly, what can I do to alleviate it?
