Sciatica-like pain

I've had this pain for at least the past couple weeks. It's hard to pinpoint exactly where it's coming from but it seems to be my lower back, and radiates down my legs. Sometimes it's one side sometimes it's the other. I especially feel it when I cough or sneeze, it's like a sharp pain that almost knocks me over. It causes me to limp around a lot of the time. Anyone else have this or know what the cause is or how to make it go away? It feels like it's too early for the baby to be affecting my back as it's still so small. I'm worried what my third trimester will be like if I'm already like this in my first.

I've had a lower back ache and hip ache since I hit 10 weeks. I had sciatica before I got pregnant so I'm just waiting for it to start.

I'm guessing the weight of your uterus and the baby can affect the nerves somehow. I'd definitely let your doctor know.
