Sciatica?

My baby is 11 days old and for a week I have been in absolute agony with sciatica. Because I am breastfeeding I can't have very strong painkillers. I can't get in to see a physio until next Tuesday, I am on crutches as can't walk without them! My hubby goes back to work next week and I have 2other children to care of too! I can only just look after myself and my newborn, with help, how am I going to cope next week?
I feel utterly miserable! I had pnd and bad anxiety after my second child was born, I am so scared I'm getting it again because of my situation!!
Please help?!
