Second miscarriage or still screwy from the first?

We started ttc for #2 in December and got pregnant our first try. I had a heavy bleed at what would've been four weeks, tested positive, then bled again two weeks later and watched my hcg disappear. All along, my progesterone was very low. It was my first mc so we assumed it was a fluke. We waited two perfect 28 day cycles and tried again. I swore I was pregnant this cycle - swollen boobs, fatigue, heightened sense of smell, food aversions, bleeding gums. At about 10 dpo I started brown spotting. Within hours I had extreme cramps and bright red bleeding with clots. I bled on and off for almost 3 days total. I went for an ultrasound and bloodwork and Im waiting until Monday for results. My doctor said I may be pregnant again. Im so confused. Anyone ever deal with anything like this??
