Second pregnancy..how did it compare to your first?

I am 5 weeks pregnant with my second baby and I was wondering those who are currently pregnant with their second or have had their second how did it compare to your pregnancy?
During my first pregnancy I was constantly feeling tugging, twinges, pulling feelings near hips and low down but so far this time I am not feeling any of that. Is it because everything has already stretched the first time round?
I have had spotting on and off for the last week which has now stopped and othrr than a positive test I guess I am looking for somethinh else.

For me first and second were both pretty uneventful except for some spotting

I felt less nausea with my second pregnancy but a lot more tiredness.
