Second series of OITNB...

Am i the only one who thought series 1 was absolutely bloody brilliant, but im currently on episode 5 of series 2 & im bored out my mind! I sometimes wonder whether to give up on it but i keep hoping its going to get better...

I think season 2 is much darker. I think it has more of a serious edge but then i think the finale of season 1 made me prepare myself for it?
I think V is an excellent villain, but shes flippin annoying as!
I loved that in s2 they expanded into everyone else more and Piper took more of a backseat because she has no redeeming qualities at all! Two of my top three OITNB moments are from season 2.

I loved Season 2, mainly because Morello is one of my fave characters, and I hand on heart did NOT expect what her backstory came out with. Although makes sense now when I thought back to the first season lmao.

I found it got dull for a few episodes, mainly because it was backstories of characters I didn't care for too much, like Taystee and whatnot.

I'm really looking forward to seeing Pornstache and Bennet's back stories, whenever they decide to show them. Better be Season 3!

I loved the first season but I think I actually liked the second season more! Like lhancock said, it's a lot darker, and I liked that. There were also plenty of moments that I found myself laughing out loud! The only thing I didn't really care for was the new developments with Larry.

And V... ugh! She's right up there with Joffrey from GoT for my most hated TV characters.

I've seen the character who plays Vee in a couple other of shows/movies and all I can think to myself is "I've seen your boobs....."

OMG!!! I lurve OITNB - only up to S2 E9 - I kinda had an inclin that something would happen to V, cannot stand her!!!!!

I thought S1 was brilliant, i really really loved it. I watched S2 the day it came out, and i didn't enjoy it, hardly at all.

They made it the Vee Show, and you can't thrust a new character into the mix like that and allow them to take over the entire story! I was so bored bored bored of her backstory, and it was in so many episodes!
