Second soy cycle, any other users

So a bit about me...my cycles started getting longer and I was spotting bright red dots in between so I read up on soy and gave it a go last cycle. March normal 30 day cycle,April 35 day cycle,May it was 35 days long, june 38 days, and july(1st soy cycle) 31 days. My first cycle I used soy I did not spot in between and I got ewcm for the first time ever and a pretty good amount so I got af yesterday right on time and will be doing cd 3-7 again for this one as well. Anybody else using soy?
