Security token missing?

I've just tried to change my pic and have received this message

'Your submission could not be processed because a security token was missing.

If this occurred unexpectedly, please inform the administrator and describe the action you performed before you received this error.'

What do i need to do now? x

Hi, this usually happens when the picture you re trying to upload is too large, just make it smaller and try again, should work for you then
