me too! a few nights ago we were going to dtd because he would be gone for 5 days and all he said was "i'm having one of those things the book said" hahaha i'm not too grumpy about it to him he can't stop thinking "my sons in there" and then it creeps me out too

Same thing use to happen to me. Especially if he came in me. Up until 37 weeks, I still made him pull out because of this. I think it is mainly because we werent having sex that much and I may have been getting a tear or something when Id actually let him touch me. Weve been having painfree sex for a few weeks now Try a warm shower afterward or a warm wash cloth down there afterward. It never helped a whole lot for me but thats what I tried and it make me feel somewhat better!
