Hi all !
I've been doing the shred and eating well for just under a month now and have only lost 5lbs
I'm not overweight I'm 9st 6 at the minute but would love to get down to 9 and tone up loads , I've never been comfortable in my body since having my daughter 2 years ago !
I've heard loads of amazin reviews about semtex tho on twitter ! Jodie marsh takes them , apparently the weight just falls off u and it gives u a serious boost when training and that's what I need ! Anyone taking semtex or know of anyone who is ??
