I just watched an commercial for the product Sensa. Has anyone tried it or know anyone that has? It looks like you just sprinkle the stuff on everything you eat and it helps the mind to realize it is full faster.

I think it just makes food taste nasty tell u the truth... Of course your going to lose weight if the stuff taste nasty lol
