I only just noticed this place. I wasn't feeling old in the slightest until I saw this sub forum.

Oh my gosh. But I still feel so young to be having a baby.

How depressing. :(

Am I really so old that I have to be recategorized?

Ooh, I think Ive missed it...Where is it?

Nah I just turned 35 this year but I feel like I'm 25! :happydance: I post both on this forum (because it's so much easier to keep caught up on) and on the 2nd Tri forum at the moment.

We all asked for seperate subforum because we sometimes have different issues then a younger mom.. Welcome.. :flower:

Us older Moms CAN have other problems/risks, so it's nice to have a place just for us. Sometimes a younger Mom doesn't understand...at least, that's what I've read elsewhere. lol.

I remember when I was in my late 20s/early 30s, a friend of mine was around 40 and she was wanting to adopt. I couldn't see WHY someone at 'that age' would want to go thru the baby process again (she had 3 children naturally). LOL!!! :rofl:Well, *I* am now 41 with a baby on the way!! And I totally understand.

Okay thanks ladies.

When I read the bit about 'discuss with other mature ladies'.... I thought I had hit the 'your too old to na having a baby' age bracket.

And I'm not! Goddammit! :D

None of us are, LOL, but that has been discussed at length in another thread :)

Welcome!!! Its all in how you feel!!! Somedays I say:dohh: As I forget my laptop at work, baby brain is here!!! But seriously I loved the ttc over 35! There really are such different issues sometimes. :flower:

That's the reason right there that this forum was created :flower:

I am not pregnant yet but when I am I will be right here with you all. I will post in the other forums also, but i feel at home here for some reason, even though I am not really a part of this forum yet  but I will be :hugs::hugs::hugs::hugs:

I prefer the discussions between us older ladies, as many of the younger girls act like....well younger girls. The "vibe" here is overall a lot more positive.
