Been taking these for a couple of months now and just want to know others experiences. I used them years ago with no side effects but I think they might be messing with my cycle this time. Irregular bleeding, more or less constant spotting - all of which has started since taking these tablets

hello, I’ve just googled this exact thing then came across posts on other forums. I too have been taking seven seas (purple packet) for the last few months and my cycles are completely irregular. I’m wondering if it’s to do with the vitamins!! Did you stop taking them / change vitamins? What was your outcome? X
