Severe cramp in inner thigh

Is this normal? I have MW tomorrow so ill mention it then I just wondered if I should be concerned?

I have had relatively mind cramp on my right inner thigh a few times over the past few weeks but early this morning (5am, made my OH crap himself lol) it was so severe I was in agony and just had to keep rubbing / trying to move my leg until it went , took 5-10 mins

What do you guys think? Xx

That was how my labor pain was and a bit in my lower stomach. You could be in labor.

I've been getting these for about a week. I'm guessing it has to do with my pelvis relaxing to get ready for labor - something probably got pinched. It hurts mostly when I'm walking when my leg is on the "backswing" - but continuing to walk through it seems to help and it goes away after a while.
