Severe cramps

Hey so I'm 12w today n since this morning I've felt off. Nauseated but not like pregnancy nausea, severe cramps in my lower back and tightness in lower stomach and uterus and I had a bowel movement sorry TMI not diarrhea but soft. I ate a little and laid down and hours later back to the nausea and pain and bowel movements. It's so bad I wanna pass out. I'm not sure what's causing this .I am usually constipated. Unless this is my body's way of finally going idk. I didn't eat anything different.

ETA: I wiped and spotting from front n my lower back is seriously hurting and tight
