I’m 5 weeks pregnant and wondered if anyone else is having the same. It’s my third baby and I’m experiencing sharp pains all day across my belly button and upper abdo. I feel like it’s gas pains but now I’ve had them all day I’m becoming slight worried
It’s not lower abdo and it isn’t like cramps or period pains. It’s like sharp bloated pains? Is it normal? It is gas or something more sinister?
