Sharp pain

I'm 12w1d and I had my appointment last week 11w1d and baby was moving like crazy and had a HB of 167 today I've felt like someone kicked me in the crotch ALL day which I've felt before but I had a really sharp pain in my stomach I haven't had bleeding or anything and I feel fine now I thought maybe it was stretching pain but it kind of freaked me out. Anyone else have this?

Sounds like it could be round ligament pain. Had you changed positions suddenly e.g. rolled over in bed, stood up quite quickly? How long did the pain last for? And was it low down in your stomach?

Grrr all these pains and twinges in pregnancy make you so nervous don't they? Whatever it was, I am sure it was perfectly normal pregnancy stuff.

I had just stood up from using the bathroom and it lasted barely a second. And I know!!! Everything freaks me out haha
