Anyone else work night shift and worry that the lack of sleep and chronic exhaustion will cause a mc?

I used to work shifts and was worried about that. I was always told it made no difference though. Women in war zones manage to carry a pregancy to term - most miscarriages are caused by deficiencies or chromosomal abnormalities.
