Shocked at mums forum!

Had a nosey at another very well known mums forum and was shocked at the negativity of parenthood on there and the bullying and bitchiness! It really is shocking. On here everyone are helpful and supportive, positive and I just want to say thanks girls! x

That is why I love BnB. People may disagree on parenting styles, but there is VERY rarely any bitchiness. It just goes to show by how many members there are!

I use another as well and compared with this one it makes this one look all "puppies and rainbows."

You see, a lot of people moan about BnB being full of bitchy, judgemental woman but this is absolutely NOTHING compared to some baby forums, some are shocking. Makes me glad I managed to pick this one!

Agreed, and I think it is normal the amount of disagreements there is on this forum. Most of the time, I have found that it is mainly misunderstandings, rather than purposely trying to be bitchy here too.

This place is awesome, compared to other pregnancy/parenting forums I've been to!
I was at one where one member actually wished a m/c on another member!! I left after reading that, and haven't been back since!

I came from another forum that was just horrid! The ladies were sooooo mean and judgmental about any and all questions. It was just a big negative hole. Im glad to be here!

if its the one i think it is it has a section called the drama corner or something like that. those girls are mean too.

Depend on the subject of the thread. I have been here from Pregnancy 1st Trimester, and sometime positive threads can bring up lot of mean responses from people who had m/c or are afraid of having a m/c. Subjects like gender disappointment can bring up lot of controversy as well.

I bet i could guess which one! I joined it near 6 years ago and made some brilliant friends at the time who im still in touch with, but it really has changed over the years!

I know a few that have vile people on them and I used to go there about the time I joined here. I left them all, very nasty poeple on them and just stayed here. I dont think i need to know the name as theres more than one out there that has cliques and bullies on them.
