congrats on the pregnancy!!

I was somewhat shocked and in disbeleif at first as well. But as soon as the doctor confirmed I was pregnant I went out right away and bought a couple pregnancy books. I would suggest you pick a couple up and do some reading. A book I found to be very helpful is called your pregnancy week by week. So it gives you an idea of what changes to expect in your body and your baby as each week goes by. I'm not sure if this book is available to you there in scotland. If not I could always send u one.

But it's a very thrilling and very scary experience. But you will find alot of informative information on here from these friendly ladies So make yourself at home and don't be afraid to ask questions!!!

I'm not so scared about the actual pregnancy i'm more scared about the birth and bringing baby home LOL

I love pregnancy week by week! I have found it to be very informative. Plus I always sneak a few weeks ahead to see whats in my future =)
