Shooting pains in back? 6wks

Im nearly 6 weeks and today I have like shooting pains going through my back and down my bum. It’s so weird?

Is it pregnancy related? I’ve never had it in my life?

It's just that if I'm constipated I get shooting pains in back and up me bottom

Also as it’s your second with mine I noticed every little thing so it’s can be ligaments stretching even sciatica can start early on.. x
