Shooting pains in breast/nipples?

I’ve had sort of shooting aches/pains in my breast/nipples. Does anyone know if this is a pms or pregnancy symptom? Like more one than the other?

Hard to tell...For me it started off as regular sore breast pain, the same type I would normally get before AF that eventually got worse and worse to the point where it hurt to turn over on my side at night. If you've never had this type of shooting pain before it could be a good sign for you Good Luck!

I’ve been pregnant 4 times and have two kids. You’d think I would remember! But I’m not sure if I’ve had this before.
