OK so today we went shopping in Asda baby event sale and I got loads of bits so here is my list, I can’t show pics as my family are so superstitious all the stuff is in OHs xxx

1 unisex winnie the pooh outfit £7
2 hats and 2 pairs of scratch mitts £3
6 sleep suits £4
3 long sleeved bodysuits £2
4x 3pack bibs £1.75each total £7
5 pairs of socks £1
24 newborn pampers nappies £3
Tommee Tippee electric steam steriliser comes with 2 bottles a soother and bottle cleaning kit £25
6 Tommee Tippee bottles 0+m £15
3 food pots and lids with 2 spoons £2
2 winnie the pooh soothers £2
Pack of cotton wool pleats £1
6 pairs of disposable pants £1
Maternity pads £2
Thin pads £1
Spare bottle brush £2

asda just sent me a letter this morning to say that they was having a baby event sale, but it said it start on the 26th of july.

there sale is great, and you really get what your paying for aswell.

i have some bibs and muslim clothes that i bought couple weeks ago, so i definitely going there to buy plenty more stuff.
have they got any other nappy brands on sale aswell xxx

huggies tesco brand loads!!

Im going to use pampers though dont know why but I seem to like them

mum just got me another cute sleepsuit all in one outfit with ducks on it and a hat its soo cute and another winnie the pooh soother with a clip and a plate. Oh and a maternity night gown

mine said 26th but I had a 'look' and the offers are on atm and I just wanted in to get the goods well the steriliser and bottles mainly as they were sooooo cheap

OOoooo sounds like a good day shopping then. So glad youve been able to buy stuff. My mum had put me on a ban of buying things, otherwise no one else will be able to get me anything.... So it will be hard to stick to...

£89 too, sounds like a real bargain. Think Im just gonna get some nappies from there baby event and thats it

i carry baby wipes with me everywhere, so im used to buying most of the brands, i hav used the pampers and huggies and hav used the johnsons once or twice, but i prefer papmpers better aswell.

i really wanted to go today but never got around to it
cant wait tho! i only wana go stock up on some more bibs and nappies lol but i know once i get in there im gunna have more than a basket fullx

Ahh i was going to asda the other day, but then I re-read the leaflet and it said it didnt start till 27th lol. So we're waiting patiently. There's not alot we need at the moment anyway, it's still early days for me, and we've got all the basics from already having my little girl. But OMG WE NEED BABY GATES! We have two, and we are desperate for more!! Our house is just going to be baby gated everywhere loool. Also could do with a new pushchair, and they had an okay looking one so might have a lookey at that too. Can't waiiit, I know I'll be tempted by the clothing. But I won't let myself, nothing for new LO till we know the sex, and Robyn's birthday is coming up so really should wait till after then lol...

I love baby shopping... I always go out for me, and come back with loads for Robyn and none for me

i NEED an exuse to do more shopping



... good bargains though
i have everything now... just need more clothes, bibs, socks, sleep suits ect and the baby event will be sooo perfect for all the little sets they do!

They sell the bits early mine doesn’t start until the 27th but the deals are already there in preparation for the event. I was told in advanced most of the good bits goes before event starts that’s how I got my steriliser and bottles and sets they are on the baby event leaflet but they do start a week early
