should i be worried had softcup in for 3days!!!

hey all i am freaking out been so caught up in everything i forgot i hadn't taken it out.' i was checking my cervix wheb found cup. not had sex or seen oh in three days so its at least that old. have have removed it now but should i be worried
 
sorry i cant advice u as never used them have a google and see if there is any side affects from leaving it in like if u leave a tampon in u can get somethink from that xxx
 
your talking about TSS but can't find anything for softcups and not got leaflet

The risks are very minimal – they don’t encourage bacterial growth or stop vaginal cleaning, and they don't absorb vaginal fluids so no additional risks overnight like with tampons, so the risks are far less then with a tampon, at the very most you may notice a little bit of a bad odour but that’s about it.

I normally use menstrual cups, I once forgot mine for several days, even had sex with it in before I noticed it wasn’t in the draw where I keep it!! No ill effects (and my vagina is a diva), there was a little odour for about an hour after removal, but that was all, and I’ve known a few women accidently leave them in too long - softcups and menstrual cups have similar health benefits.

Watch out for the normal signs of infection, just in case.
 
okay no worries just been feeling il bloated headachs sickness and pains in stomach ands kidney area
 
thanks all for help i am feeling really rough so gonna keep an eye on things not sure what to expect and can not believe i forgot about it :(
 
will try not to just feeling mega ill so was always worried it was the cause.
