Should I be worried?

I'm having cramps and some bleeding. The blood is reddish brown, not bright red like fresh blood.

My last period was January 26th. My average cycle length is 69 days (I've been keeping track for two years). My cycles have ranged anywhere from 4 to 11 weeks, with the more recent ones being long. So I am certain this isnt my period.

What could it be? Should I be worried?

*As an added note, I have no idea why my periods are so irregular...I do not have anemia, a thyroid condition, or PCOS.

Brown blood is old blood and generally nothing to be too concerned about.

It could be ovulation bleeding or implantation bleeding. Or just your hormones playing up. Or from some sort of trauma (i.e. sex). Could any of these apply?
