Should I buy feeding pillow and pump?

Thanks so much! That's a good tip  Your daughter is beautiful! Congrats :)

I have no idea what I'd do without my boppy, I have 2! Feeding isn't impossible without it, but it makes it much more comfortable for me. The first couple days in the hospital I didn't have it, and I realized what I was missing when I got home and started using it. Just my 2 cents!

Same here! Especially since I had a c-section. Love my Boppys! I got one to start then decided I needed another for upstairs and found one nearly new on Craigslist for $10. They can be machine washed, so maybe look for a used one to save money?

As for a pump, the hospital gave me a simple manual hand pump and that's all I have needed so far. Maybe just start with an inexpensive manual pump? I like how easy it is to clean.

$10 wow! I just had a bit of a look and the cheapest I can find them here in Australia is about $80. So much to think about! Thanks :)
