Should i call my midwife for this?

I went to the bathroom at 3am this morning and I wiped and there was no blood when I wiped because I always check. However, my husband got up about 3 hours later and he came to the room and asked me if I was bleeding. He said there was a spot on the toilet and I went in there and it was a very tiny spot so I wiped again and there was no blood. It has now been 7 hours and there still has been no blood. I have had a tiny bit of twinge pains but nothing like cramps. I have a OB appointment tomorrow but should I call them about this or should I even be worried about it since there has been no more bleeding. I am not even sure where it came from.

I would probably wait until your appointment tomorrow, unless you bleed before then. If there is no blood when you wipe I would think its nothing to worry about or you would see it.

You went pee?
I would check your pee, I was *bleeding* in my last pregnancy BUT in my pee. I to thought it was out my vagina. The drs at the hospital did not believe me, said that's impossible it would come out in my pee. But it was. I had a severe kidney infection and I was urinating blood. I was hospitalized for this at 31 weeks. My pee was so red it scared me. I didn't think to check the toilet at all. I just wiped flushed and went on my way, but I remembered the tissue being red. I checked internally with my fingers, ya, grose. But nothing was in there. I was confused. I chalked it up to nothing, and waited till next time I pee. Yep it was coming out my pee. Be careful please.
