Should I call the OB?

As of today I am 1 week late. I have had sore bbs for a week, I have to pee constantly, and I'm thirsty all the time. On Monday I had lower back aches and af type cramping, and I've had other random "symptoms." I took a frer this morning and it was negative. Should I call the doctor, or wait and test on a later date? Has anyone else been in this position before? I have not as my husband and I were just NTNP using the pull out method. I've never had a "scare" before and I just really don't know what to do. What I do know is I'm about over this!

I called on my last pregnancy and they told me to test again and call again at the two month late time. I did end up the next week going for a blood test though since I called back. I was on meds then that couldn't be taken during pregnancy so they wanted to check and see. You can call. It certainly won't hurt. They may send you for a blood test or tell you to keep testing and call back if you miss your second period.
