should I change his milk?

ok I know babies can be a bit sicky, and I dont think Oliver has been sick alot,but the last 2 nights he has been a bit sick at some point after his feed because when I get him up for his next feed he is sometimes a bit damp below his head and I can see sick on his sleep suit / cardi.
Also he has been waking up about 2 hours after some of his feeds really fussy or needing winding. also he has been sneezing out some partially digested milk from his nose and some times coughing some up out of his mouth and he seems really uncomfortable when doing it. He is also very windy generally and figit.not sure if a change in formula would help this?
He has been on cow and gate since birth as I had to top up my breast milk, but that supply has pretty much dried up so he has been on all formula. He is almost 4 weeks old.
Have people found their LO's preference for formula has changed like this?
Any one think i should change formula? should I try him on some ready made stuff from another brand and then buy a box of dried stuff?

Our LO as been fussy for the last 2 days too with same symptoms as your LO. Hopefully someone can help, we switched our formula from Enfamil A+ to Goodstart with Probiotics, we are on the second day of goodstart and hoping it will fix the problem. We are both very exhausted.
