Hey ladies! A little about me... I guess we're in the "NTNP" category in that we aren't seeking additional help. I've been off birth control for a year now. I conceived last August but miscarried in October. My question or what I'm considering is that I have my annual exam next month. I'm wondering if I should talk to my doctor about the potential of something being wrong with me. I'm 35 (36 next month) and I can't help but feel broken. I don't necessarily want to go see a specialist but would like to know what's going on with my body. Is there anything that a regular gynecologist might be able to rule out as far as problems?

Hey,

It can't hurt to mention it to your doctor! With my last pregnancy, age 36, I brought it up to my doctor and she was not helpful at all. She told me to go to a someone that specializes in that area.

I never went. I went for a fertility massage instead. I also started taking extra vitamins and minerals to support fertility. The cycle after, I got pregnant. I did the same thing the time around except, I tried to do massage to myself. I have had past surgeries and definitely have scar tissue.

I wish you all the best!

I would mention it to your doctor. Maybe they could do some checks and give you advice etc. Good luck :)

@Bella12 If you don't mind me asking, what vitamins did you start taking?

I started taking:
Coenzyme Q10
Vitamin E
B vitamin
Omega-3s
Vitamin D
Folate
Selenium
Zinc

Then, I switch to pink stork fertility support bc it felt like too many supplements. However, I think that supplement messed with my cycle bc I went from a 25 day cycle to a 31 day cycle after taking them one month. Also, ended up maybe with a bfp....so I don't know if they are good or not. Lol
