soooooo confused i am now 2 days late my cycles run in a pattern 35 days then 28 days and so on. i am on a 28 day cycle, for the past 4 days i have had af pains but it hasnt come, then today i noticed 1 spot of brown blood in my pants but nothing else. i have a cb digi but should i wait a few days or just go for it also is it best with fmu.

If you want to test just hold your urine for 4 hours and limit your intake of fluid.
