Should this principal be disciplined?

What a principle does in their own time is nothing to do with parents as long as it doesn't affect their children of their education. So I think it would be unfair for the principle to have any kind of disciplinary action. Although maybe advised to make sure their Facebook is completely private and not to have parents/pupils and friends?
 
Mmm I think people are entitled to a personal life ! We are all human. It's not like she's doing anything illegal.

Half the mums probably post the same but because she's the principle she's not allowed! Come off it !! X
