This is my 5th pregnancy, 4th baby (MC in 2010) Needless to say my uterus has grown some babies already. This time around my "showing" belly seems mishapen and in different spots than before? I was told at a pap before conception my uterus is retroverted. Now i know it can move around, but I'm wondering if its still tipped back so as its growing and pushing out its actually pushing out my intestines and other organs so thats why my belly seems to look different than i'm used to? Its definitely swollen down low, just not the same as the others.
Also, what are some signs that your bowels are all backed up and slow? I have a constant stomach ache that accompanies my nausea. Its like a deep ache like trapped gas, it only feels better if i can have a bm. But my bms are small and infrequent. I feel like a sloth in my guts right now.
